 Absolutely Everything

The absolutely everything package contains everything your guests will

require to have a comfortable dining experience at your event. Your choice

of a wooden trestle or a linen dressed trestle, white padded Americana

chairs, cutlery, glassware and dinnerware required (based on your

menu), table essentials including a water jug, salt & pepper dishes and

linen napkins.

Table Essentials

If you do not require tables or chairs the table essentials package includes

all dinnerware, glassware, cutleries (based on your menu), water jug, salt

& pepper dishes, linen napkins and table linen.

Table styling

Our styling collection will provide you with inspiration for your upcoming

event, alternatively if you already have something in mind  that we do not have

we are happy to accommodate you.

Table Numbers and Seating Charts

Add ease to your event with the use of a table seating chart and table

numbers. We have a variety to choose from or are happy to source

something you are seeking in particular.

 

Ceremony Packages

Package One

15 white Americana padded folding chairs, arbour, signing table and two chairs,

your choice of ceremony styling items (from our collection), your choice of

seasonal flowers/arrangements provided by The Orange Blossom, portable

entertainment system for pre and post ceremony music or to be used by the celebrant

and during your vows. Includes delivery, set up and pack down.

Package Two

30 white Americana padded folding chairs or 6 rustic bench seats, arbour,

signing table and two chairs, your choice of ceremony styling items (from our

collection), your choice of seasonal flowers/arrangements provided by The Orange

Blossom, portable entertainment system for pre and post ceremony music or to

be used by the celebrant and during your vows. Includes delivery, set up and

pack down.

Cheese Station or Platters

Enjoy a cheese station or platters as an alternative to canapés or a candy bar.

We source Sunshine Coast produce from The Woombye Cheese Company and

combine it with equipment and styling items to theme with your event.

Select from a wooden trestle table or dressed trestle table, signage (cheese

station sign and individual signs for each cheese), wooden cheese boards, an assortment

of cheeses, crackers and other accompaniments, cheese knives and serving ware and

styling items to compliment your event.

*The cheese station/platters are based on guest attendance. As a basic guide we recommend at least 50 grams of cheese/crackers/accompaniments per guest.

 

Candy Bar

Add a little sweetness to your guest’s bonbonniere with a candy bar.

The candy bar package includes everything to display and serve your treats.

Gallery Weddings and events are also happy to fill your candy bar with delectable

treats chosen by you or even personalised  for an everlasting visual impact.

High Tea

Hosting a high tea, whether it be for a bridal shower, baby shower or birthday, is an

elegant and relaxing celebration. Gallery Weddings and Events boasts a large collection

of high tea equipment for every occasion and can even arrange catering to your needs.

The High Tea package has everything to display, serve and enjoy your event. Vast varieties

Of tea and iced teas to select from created by Tea by Birdy and catering can be arranged for

Every dietary need. Includes delivery and collection Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.
